We package all meals in a durable cooler that protects and has been tested to maintain the freshness of its contents. eliving packages are shipped via courier using 2-Day Delivery via UPS. Once your meals have been left at your door, it is your responsibility to secure and refrigerate the meals as soon as possible. In order to maintain freshness we avoid shipping through the weekend and reserve the right to defer to the following Monday.
